This group requires a minimum of three months commitment. At the end of this period you have the option to leave or commit for another period of time. This provides a trial run and then an opportunity for deeper commitment to growth.

Steve Schklar is an experienced group facilitator and therapist. In his private practice he consults with individuals, couples, and groups. He also provides training and consults on interpersonal communication issues with corporations, banks, and legal firms. Steve is President of The Ontario Society of Psychotherapists.
